- Bachelor’s degree in a field that develops strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented—someone who steps in to help, takes ownership, and supports the team under pressure.
- Demonstrates natural product instincts, strong judgment, and an ability to “connect the dots” between users, business goals, and execution.
- An insatiable learner who actively consumes books, podcasts, articles, and other resources to continuously grow their skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and recommendations.
- Comfortable working with many personality types in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
