This is a full-time position with a preference for candidates based in Noida.

Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, the Fund Accounting Associate will be responsible for the following duties and obligations:
Job Timings : 12 Noon - 9PM / 11AM - 8PM
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and Reconcile Daily and Month End Transactions:
Thoroughly review and reconcile daily and month end transactions for the assigned portfolio.
2. Investigation and Error Correction:
Conduct analysis to identify possible errors in investments and trade data.
Make necessary corrections in accordance with documented guidelines.
3. Cash Flow Analysis:
Analyze daily cash flow activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
4. Facilitate OTC Desk Settlements:
Coordinate and facilitate settlement processes for client proceeds on the OTC desk.
5. Treasury Management:
Record, maintain, and rebalance Treasury through transfers across exchanges and wallets to ensure smooth settlements.
6. Management Reporting:
Prepare schedules for management reports and ensure consistency between the management reports and financial information.
7. Ad Hoc Reporting:
Generate ad hoc reports for higher-level management or other stakeholders as needed.
8. Policy and Procedure Development:
Assist in creating and updating policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in operations, financial analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Are organized and comfortable working with a large set of data with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Fund accounting and fintech/crypto experience is preferred.
