What We’re Looking For


Our Strategy Team is the key link between our clients and our intelligence team. The Strategy team’s mandate is broad but can be distilled to the following: Be a digital advocate for our clients. Deeply understand their needs, diagnose the root cause of their challenges, design comprehensive solutions to answer their business questions using RightMetric’s service offering, then orchestrate the execution of that work from end-to-end while providing exceptional service at all costs.


As the Director of Strategy, you’ll own the client experience, from onboarding to infinity. Your mission? Take our rudimentary service process and make it world-class, infusing it with surprise and delight, designing it to truly solve our clients’ problems, then growing and mentoring your team to do it all at scale as RightMetric grows. What You’ll Be Working On

  • Understanding: Clients’ businesses on a deep level by guiding the discovery process
  • Supporting Sales: By being part of a clients’ experience from day one

  • Managing Projects: By coordinating resources and orchestrating bandwidth
  • Surprising & Delighting: Clients by anticipating needs they didn’t know they had
  • Communicating: Proactively with clients to provide an exceptional experience
  • Perfecting: Deliverables by leading a rigorous quality assurance process
  • Strategizing: On the fly to find the root cause of clients’ challenges, then solve them
  • Delivering: Our team’s great work with confidence and clarity, in person & online
  • Building: Long-term partnerships beyond the “end” of a project. Always be helping
  • Creating Systems: To collect & analyse feedback to improve the client experience

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: Working at a startup, agency, or agile organization
  • More Experience: In client services, inside sales, leading teams. You’ve seen some shit
  • Curiosity: Likely described as a geek or nerd at some point, and proud of it
  • Logic: You break down problems into chunks then re-assemble them into solutions
  • Systems Organization: Your execution is consistently solid because you build systems
  • Leadership Skills: You’re comfortable being part of a team and leading one
  • Servant Mindset: Leadership = obsession with providing service to clients & your team
  • Flexible Perspective: You see problems from the 30,000-foot + the 3-foot prespective
  • Detail Orientation: You like notes, lists, and noticed the typo in the last bullet point
  • Communication Skills: You are clear & straightforward; both when writing & speaking
