About the role: As an Outside Services Team Member, you are the face of the club’s daily operations. You will ensure a seamless, premium experience for members and guests by managing the bag drop, practice facilities, and golf cart fleet. Working closely with our Golf Shop and Professional Staff, you will uphold our high standards through a "people-first" approach to service.
Purpose Statement: To ensure golfers arrive at a prepared, welcoming, and well-run golf operation.
What you’ll do:
- Premium Bag Drop Service: Provide a high-end welcome by greeting members and guests by name at the bag drop upon both arrival and departure.
- Practice Facility Excellence: Maintain the presentation and functionality of the practice facility throughout the day to ensure a seamless warm-up experience.
- Post-Round Guest Care: Proactively greet golfers as they complete their round, providing professional club cleaning and assistance.
- Fleet Management: Responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning, and stocking of our power and push cart fleet.
- Staging Area Oversight: Ensure the cart staging area remains fully stocked, organized, and tidy, reflecting our commitment to a premium property experience.

What You Need:
- Must have a flexible working schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Comfort with both fast-paced service days and slower periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina for walking the property, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs overhead, bending, and carrying equipment

Compensation:
- $17.60 to 18.50/hour per hour depending on prior experience
- $16.60 per hour (students)
