The same commitment to course quality, stewardship, and member experience at National Pines carries through the broader Purposeful Golf portfolio.
Purposeful Golf is an owner/operator of premium golf properties across Ontario.
We aim to carefully curate a portfolio of golf properties, each distinct in its purpose. By emphasizing quality over quantity, we aim to deliver memorable experiences, tailored to diverse needs, while leveraging scale to enhance, rather than dilute, the golfer’s experience.
About the role: As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for all guests arriving at the Golf Shop. Your role is to deliver exceptional customer service by greeting each guest by name with a warm welcome, assisting with tee times, booking golf lessons, checking members and guests in to their tee times, collecting green fee payments, and providing information about events, merchandise, and services. You will also assist in organizing tournaments, leagues, and member events while maintaining the locker rooms and working closely with both the front of house and external Outside Services teams to ensure an outstanding guest experience. Additionally, you will contribute to supporting a positive and healthy working environment for all staff members.

- Golf Shop Sales & Presentation: Promote merchandise and provide expert product recommendations. Maintain the organization and visual appeal of the Golf Shop, including inventory and displays.
- Financial Accuracy: Efficiently process green fee payments and retail transactions, ensuring guests receive accurate receipts and a seamless check-in experience.
- Event & Facility Support: Assist in organizing and promoting tournaments, league events, member days, and other events. Ensure amenities are maintained and functional throughout the day.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Front of House and Outside Services teams to ensure a unified guest experience and a positive, healthy work environment.
What you bring:
