About the role:  As the Front of House Manager at Manitou Ridge, you’ll lead our dining room and bar with energy and attention to detail, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. Partnering closely with the Head Professional, Golf Staff, and Culinary team, you’ll set the standard for service, engagement, and smooth daily operations, while fostering a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing work environment.

Purpose Statement: To create a welcoming atmosphere where exceptional food, attentive service, and authentic care come together to create an exceptional dining experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and mentor Front of House and Bar staff
  • Manage schedules, payroll, POS, and cash handling
  • Assist with inventory, menu/bar offerings, and financial tracking
  • Plan and execute special events and Manitou Ridge Experience Packages
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and SMART SERVE regulations
  • Handle guest escalations with professionalism

What You’ll Need: 

  • Must have a flexible working schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends
  • A valid SMART Serve certificate
  • A valid “G” Drivers License
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
  • Comfort with both fast-paced service days and slower periods
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Physical stamina for walking the course, standing for long periods, lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, and carrying

Compensation: Equivalent to $60,000 annually, prorated for the seasonal nature of the work.
