Full Time Handyperson, Repairperson

Mint Room Studios is a leader in the creative studio space rentals in Toronto with two locations and 12 units available for photo and video shoots and small events,

We are looking for a handy person to help us with a day to day maintenance, occasional renovation projects and general labour.

It's a full time position and you have to be available to work between the hours of 9 and 5 as well as some evenings and some weekends.

Expected responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Minor Plumbing

Painting

Minor Carpentry

Cabinet installs and repairs

Flooring

Cleaning

Garbage disposal

Furniture assembly

repair Drywall

General Renovations

Picking up supplies, materials, furniture pieces, etc.

General labour

Must have reliable truck, van or SUV. Must have own tools
