DUTIES:
- Assist the Marketing team to develop robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on internal social media accounts.
- Capture still and video content using iPhone for internal and external clients.
- Edit content using iPhone editing apps such as CapCut and InShot.
- Assist Creative Director in Organizing photo and video shoots, scout locations, source talent, create mood boards and call sheets.
- Create and manage digital content that is creative, attention-getting and on-brand for our internal clients.
- Formulate and implement best-practices, mechanisms and measurement tools.
- Lead the development and direct the implementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform.
- Provide inspirational and creative ways to reach and gain attention of target audiences.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-4 years of related content creation and social media experience
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, but also understand offline and print
- Proven experience with concept development
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media management and content creation.
- Experience using social media planning, listening & monitoring tools like Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, Buffer, Planoly, etc. Comfortability with social media reporting.
- Strong time management and organizational skills. You have the ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize projects accordingly.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
- Work experience with Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop and Lightroom).
- Must be comfortable doing minor copywriting and graphic design projects.
