AICX Manager

Proto’s Operations department team members have a passion for localized dialogue design and daily collaboration with clients (who are also our friends). As an AICX Manager, you will be responsible for all steps in the contact center automation process, with a deft capability to match client expectations to Proto’s novel capabilities for mixed language understanding, language identification, etc. 


REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in conversational design and/or automation writing.
  • A flair for storytelling, user experience, implicit logic, etc.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with account management and deliverology.

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Background in natural language processing and/or computational linguistics.
  • Previous experience in SaaS or AI companies.
  • Fluency in multiple languages.
