We’re hiring an Account Executive to create, shape, and close complex, multi‑stakeholder services deals with net‑new customers. You’ll bring a consulting‑led approach, executive peership, and the ability to orchestrate cross‑functional teams to establish new markets and accelerate growth. You are fluent in the Microsoft channel, comfortable leading co‑sell strategies, and known for breaking into new logos and scaling them into multi‑phase programs.

What you will do:
- Create and win strategic net‑new logos: define account entry strategies, executive mappings, and multi‑threaded pursuit plans.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle from discovery through negotiation/close; lead SOW strategy with delivery leadership; structure multi‑phase services programs.
- Consulting-first solutioning: challenge the status quo, quantify value, and shape solution roadmaps across ProServeIT’s solution stack with our consulting leaders.
- Executive peership & stakeholdering: establish trusted partnerships with C‑suite and BU leaders; align business outcomes to value hypotheses; navigate procurement and legal efficiently.
- Microsoft channel leadership: drive joint territory plans with Microsoft field sellers and partner managers; leverage co‑sell motions and partner incentives/funding where appropriate to accelerate cycles.
- Market making: open new verticals/regions, design repeatable motions, and influence company‑wide growth plays.
- Territory growth & forecasting: maintain CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and deliver against monthly/quarterly new logo and services bookings targets.
- Mentorship & org impact: coach and contribute to win reviews, and help shape GTM and forecast rigor.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 10+ years in B2B sales, consulting or technology roles
- A proven track record of net‑new logo acquisition and multi‑year services program wins.
- Proven success operating in the Microsoft or similar ecosystem
- Experience leading complex pursuits with consultative solution selling and executive sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science nice to have.
