We’re looking for a hungry Account Executive to win net-new customers and run end‑to‑end sales cycles—prospecting, discovery, solution shaping with our consultants, and closing. You’ll lead with a services-first, consultative lens, build credibility with executive stakeholders, and work hand‑in‑hand with Microsoft field/channel teams to co‑sell and unlock demand. This role is ideal for a rising seller who thrives on new logo acquisition, operates with urgency, and turns insights into action. The role will include a base salary in the range of $45,000-$85,000 plus an uncapped commission structure enabling top performers to earn more than $100,000 annually.

What you will do:
Your main duties will include:
- Hunting and converting net-new accounts in an assigned territory; building and managing a qualified pipeline; executing a disciplined prospecting motion (email, phone, social, events).
- Owning the full cycle: discovery, business case, solution alignment with Services, proposal/SOW orchestration, negotiation, close, and seamless handoff to delivery.
- Operating through a consulting/services lens—translating business problems into solution roadmaps across ProServeIT’s solution stack with our solution teams.
- Executive stakeholdering: earning time with BU leaders; leading compelling exec conversations, influencing consensus, and advancing multi-threaded deals.
- Microsoft channel execution: building relationships with Microsoft sellers and partner managers; participating in co‑sell motions and leveraging available programs/funding where appropriate.
- Territory growth & forecasting: maintaining CRM hygiene, forecasting accurately, and delivering against monthly/quarterly new logo and services bookings targets.
- Team selling: collaborating with solution architects, delivery leaders, and marketing to shape campaigns and win plans.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- 2+ years in B2B sales, consulting, or technology roles
- Demonstrated success acquiring new customers and closing multi‑step sales cycles
- Comfort selling professional/managed services with executive stakeholders & Microsoft ecosystem exposure is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science nice to have.
