We are currently seeking a highly motivated Systems Administrator to provide Level 1 Technical Support to our customer using a suite of tools designed to provide seamless onsite and remote support experience for the end users. This role is primarily onsite, with some remote work as applicable.

What you will do

  • Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (accounts, devices, access)
  • Respond to service desk tickets and escalate issues as required
  • Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and related systems.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and updating operating systems and software.
  • Perform routine system checks, backups, and recovery procedures.
  • Maintain system documentation and support procedures
  • Escalate complex issues to senior administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.


We would love to hear from you if you have

  • A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
  • Understanding of hardware components and peripherals
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
  • Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Desktop Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skillset
  • Demonstrated success working in a team-based environment
  • Strong attention to detail
