We are looking for a Property Manager with 3+ years of experience in the industry, with a passion for helping people live and grow together.

The role day to day:

  • Lead council meetings and communicate the details through minutes
  • Follow systems and processes to ensure timelines for distribution are met
  • Review and approve expenditures, monitor financial performance, and help clients develop budgets
  • Build relationships and find solutions for conflicting parties if necessary
  • Coordinate schedules for required maintenance
  • Supervise building employees including building caretakers
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required

  • Enthusiasm for working with people and systems
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

Position Details:

  • $45,000-65,000 annually to start (based on experience and completion of BC Strata Property Management licensing course)
  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Remote work possible once the process training has been completed
  • Office closed on weekends and statutory holidays
