As a Receptionist/ Custome Service Coordinator, you work primarily in a closely-knit team of five, while being the front-facing contact for clients & walk-ins. This team approach utilizes the unique abilities of all of the team members to provide top-notch property management services to a portfolio of buildings. You spearhead the organization of the property managers, with everyone working towards the common goal of providing the best possible care.

*This is a 6 months contract with with possibility of extension. *

What you’ll do:

  • Provide primary coverage for the front desk, phones and walk ins
  • Liaise with strata council members, building owners and residents by telephone and email
  • Coordinate and participate in daily or weekly touchpoints with the team regarding their building portfolio and upcoming key items
  • Assist the team with obtaining quotes, scheduling maintenance, and confirming jobs with trades people at the direction of Property Managers
  • Monitor and update building profile sheets
  • Coordinate and track keys provided to trades and property residents as instructed

Experience & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service excellence
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to manage own schedule and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience working with a database
  • Successful completion of a criminal records check

Position Details

  • This is a full time, 6 month contract position with a possibility of extension.
  • $36,000-40,000 annually to start
  • Hours of work: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00, with an hour for lunch
  • Office closed on weekends and statutory holidays
