Experienced or not, this position will give you an opportunity for new beginnings and to learn from a variety of team members. If you already have your rental management license, we welcome your experience and expertise. If you are interested in the field, but have not completed the licensing course, there is an opportunity to work while completing the course and gaining hands-on experience in the field.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular communication with owners regarding their properties
  • Monitor, inspect and manage expenses for rental properties
  • Coordinate all tenant issues for rental properties, including move-in and move-out inspections, maintenance issues, property listings and showings and screening of prospective tenants
  • If you enjoy it, develop new rental business to build the rental management portfolio
  • Participate in emergency on-call rotation
  • Embrace your development and grow personally and professionally
  • Manage your own schedule to ensure your portfolio runs smoothly
  • Get to know the city much, much better as you spend time on the road at the many unique properties you will oversee

Experience & Qualifications

  • Customer service excellence
  • Ability to manage a number of tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and Access)
  • A valid driver’s license & a reliable, currently insured motor vehicle
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record check required
  • You’re able to juggle multiple projects and communicate honestly about your timelines, challenges, and questions
  • You are a master at coordinating information and interacting with a wide variety of unique personalities

This position is NOT for you if:

  • You resist learning new systems and aren’t open to guidance
  • You are easily frazzled and unable to deal with challenging people
  • You don’t like setting and achieving goals

  • $45,000-65,000 annually to start, depending on experience
