Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a go-getter, someone who can channel their passion and drive towards expanding PostBeyond’s growth. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a significant role in driving growth through inbound and outbound outreach. You’ll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads and generating qualified opportunities through engaging and personalized outreach.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the sales pipeline, qualify leads and convert those leads to sales-qualified opportunities
  • Perform personalized outreach via email, cold-calling, video and social channels into target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and outreach plans
  • With work Marketing on lead generation campaigns, qualify inbound leads and turn them into potential opportunities
  • Qualify meetings by gathering the necessary information prior to the initial discovery call
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience as the first point of contact with qualified leads
  • Identify potential expansion opportunities within our current customer base
  • Become a product expert and learn PostBeyond’s selling best practices practice

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS
  • Consistent track record of overachievement
  • Possesses a growth mindset and strong work ethic
  • Deeply curious and has a desire to learn
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Empathetic listener and strong interpersonal skills
  • Competitive and willing to challenge yourself

First 30

In your first 30 days, you should be ready to get started on the right foot. You will build foundational knowledge about our sales methodology, our technology stack, customers, use cases and pain points. Secondly, you'll build understanding about our product, services, pricing and competition. Our shared goal is to enable you to be confident prospecting and to have conversations with prospects.

60 Days In

In your next 30 days, you will be ramping up your prospecting activities and having daily conversations with prospects from inbound and outbound leads. In this phase, you'll be focused on getting in the market, cold outreaching to prospects, optimizing your prospecting cadence and consistently learning how to improve your workflow.

Day 90 & Beyond

As you reach 90 days, you will increase your sales productivity and get into more conversations with prospects. You will be able to fully handle inbound leads, run discovery calls, start outbound discussions with prospects, and build a pipeline. During this phase, you'll begin to run solo discovery calls and guide customers throughout the initial part of the sales process.
