Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Marketing intern to join our team to support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns, build playbooks and identify unique opportunities to enhance PostBeyond’s reputation amongst the target audience. You’ll be responsible for supporting different team members by creating sales playbooks, documenting strategies, building the brand’s social media presence, and implementing sales and marketing campaigns.


What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team on business development activities
  • Develop sales enablement collateral, training materials, and content library for the sales team
  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns by developing engaging content for social media
  • Analyze campaign performance to gain insights and identify opportunities to enhance results
  • Conduct competitive research for content inspiration, intel and new marketing channels
  • Manage website chatbot and provide an excellent customer experience as the first contact
  • CRM data cleansing - update accounts and opportunities with target personas

Special Projects

  • Sales Playbooks: support our sales team by documenting internal processes and playbooks. Leverage tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot and Gong.io to create onboarding material, templates, guidelines and training materials.
  • Social Content: work with our marketing team to manage our social media presence, develop digital presence, creative content and templates. Experiment with strategies to build PostBeyond’s brand and optimize our customer experience
  • Intern Collaboration: work with other interns to dig into data, playing your role in creating sales assets with the relevant findings

About You:

  • 2nd - 4th year University, business-related program preferred
  • Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity in learning about more our business, customers and target audiences
