AI and Intelligent Developer

We’re looking for an AI & Intelligent Automation Developer to build systems that eliminate manual processes, embed AI into workflows, and enable smarter, faster decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver AI-powered automation solutions across core departments (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, operations)
• Build smart applications using Power Apps and Dataverse with embedded AI capabilities
• Develop intelligent workflows using Power Automate (approvals, alerts, system integrations)
• Implement AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Azure AI (document processing, forecasting, classification, copilots)
• Create tools like:
• • Automated drawing/spec/BOM analysis
  • AI-assisted data entry and form completion
  • Predictive insights for production and supply chain risks
• Build Power BI dashboards with real-time and predictive insights
• Integrate systems across Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and other platforms
• Drive end-to-end automation of legacy manual processes

Qualifications:

• 4+ years with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI)
• Experience building or integrating AI solutions (Copilot, Azure AI, or similar)
• Strong understanding of process automation and system integration
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable, AI-driven solutions
• Experience with data modeling, security, and governance

Nice to Have:

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or construction
• Familiarity with ERP, PLM, or supply chain systems
• Experience with Azure services, APIs, or custom connectors
• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, AI)
• You’ll play a key role in transforming operations through AI, helping teams move faster, reduce manual work, and make better decisions with intelligent systems.
