The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to take ownership of our corporate and project insurance programs across our portfolio. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters, ensuring our coverage programs align with our contractual, financial, and operational risk profiles.

You’ll oversee day-to-day insurance management while also making strategic improvements to our overall risk-transfer approach. Day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to, collaboration with brokers in the placement and renewals of project and corporate insurance, review of policy documents and certificates of insurance, management of direct relationships with insurers, and claims management. Strategic improvements may involve evaluating opportunities, such as a captive platform, assisting the PSI team with bid agreements, and consideration and analysis of other alternative insurance structures that enhance value, control, and resilience.

This is a pivotal role for an organization scaling in size and complexity. You’ll have the opportunity to strengthen our risk posture, introduce innovative structures, and create value by ensuring every project and corporate entity is appropriately protected, compliant and strategically positioned for the future.
