We are hiring an Account Manager to ensure customers are successful, supported, and set up for long-term adoption of our product, the LENS.

Location & Travel

  • Location: Canada-only, hybrid (mostly remote). Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Travel: Minimal, with occasional in-person meetings or industry events as needed.

Role Snapshot

  • Reports to: VP of Sales
  • Focus: Post-sale account ownership across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion readiness.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will own the customer relationship after the sale.

Your mission is to:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding
  • Support in-season execution
  • Protect and secure renewals
  • Identify expansion readiness

You are the connective tissue between customers and the company, ensuring they realize value from the LENS year after year.

What You’ll Do

  • Own customer onboarding and seasonal readiness for new accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Support customers during the growing season, coordinating internally as needed
  • Ensure customers understand workflows, expectations, and best practices
  • Monitor usage, adoption, and early warning signs, and intervene proactively
  • Prepare accounts for renewal and expansion conversations, partnering with Sales as needed
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on usage, fit, and customer goals; coordinate with Sales to close them
  • Capture customer feedback and relay structured insights to product and leadership
  • Help standardize onboarding and support processes as the company scales
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure clean handoffs and a consistent customer experience

  • Accounts ready for expansion when appropriate, in partnership with Sales

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or operations
  • Comfortable working with technical products and field-based customers
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive in customer communication and follow-through
  • Strong communicator who builds trust over time, both remotely and in person
  • Calm and solution-oriented under pressure during in-season cycles
  • Interest in agriculture or agtech strongly preferred; direct ag experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base-heavy compensation with variable commission tied to renewals, retention, and upsell/expansion
  • On-target earnings (OTE) in the mid five figures, commensurate with experience
