Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

The Logistics and Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the back-end operations that power PheedLoop’s on-site event services. This role is highly execution-focused, ensuring that hardware, inventory, shipping, and internal logistics processes are running efficiently and reliably.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of that execution.

You’ll take ownership of how our technology moves through the world; coordinating shipments, managing timelines, and ensuring every kiosk, badge, and piece of equipment arrives exactly where it needs to be, fully tested and event-ready. Whether it’s a conference across the city or a large-scale event across the country, you’ll be the reason everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with internal teams, shipping partners, and vendors, acting as the connector that ensures consistency, speed, and quality across every single event we support. You will be responsible for owning and coordinating the full lifecycle of our logistics operations, including:

• Own end-to-end shipping workflows (outbound and returns), ensuring kiosks, badges, and event materials are delivered accurately and on time
• Act as the primary point of contact with shipping providers and logistics partners, driving smooth communication and fast issue resolution
• Manage and maintain inventory systems, ensuring all hardware and consumables are accurately tracked and organized
• Test, configure, and prepare event hardware at scale, ensuring everything is fully functional and event-ready before shipment
• Oversee packing, labeling, and quality control of all kits to maintain a consistent, high standard across every shipment
• Build and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support a rapidly scaling operation
• Support event planning by aligning logistics timelines, shipment needs, and inventory readiness across upcoming events

Qualifications

• 1+ year of logistics, inventory, warehouse management, or related experience preferred
• A university/college/post-secondary education is required, with a relevant program (Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics) preferred. Recent graduates welcome
• Strong technical ability to quickly understand the technical aspects of PheedLoop
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts and execute with accuracy under tight timelines
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to operate independently
