What Will My Impact Be?

At PheedLoop, events are powered through a combination of software, operational excellence, and technical execution. As a Field Technical Operations Associate, you’ll play a critical role in making sure our event technology is delivered, prepared, configured, and operationally ready for events happening across North America. This role combines logistics coordination, technical setup, operational planning, and hands-on execution inside a fast-growing SaaS company.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across Customer Success, Operations, and Event Delivery to ensure every event runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is not a traditional warehouse role or a repetitive desk job. It’s a hybrid operational role designed for someone who enjoys balancing coordination, problem-solving, technology, and hands-on execution in fast-paced environments. Whether it’s preparing smart badges for thousands of attendees, coordinating nationwide shipments, troubleshooting event hardware, or improving operational systems internally your work will have a direct impact from day one.

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll help coordinate and execute the operational backbone behind hundreds of events powered through PheedLoop. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate end-to-end operational workflows for event hardware, kiosks, badges, and shipping logistics
• Prepare, configure, test, and quality-check event technology before deployment
• Support implementation and operational readiness for upcoming events across North America
• Act as a key operational point of contact between internal teams, shipping partners, and vendors
• Track inventory, hardware movement, and operational timelines across multiple concurrent events
• Troubleshoot operational and technical issues proactively to ensure smooth event execution
• Support onsite event logistics and execution when required
• Build and improve internal operational processes to support a rapidly scaling company
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist in maintaining organized operational systems, inventory processes, and event preparation workflows

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 1+ year of experience in operations, logistics coordination, implementation, event operations, customer-facing operations, or related environments preferred but not required
• Preferred University, college, or post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related programs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute accurately under tight timelines
• Comfortable working with technology, hardware, and operational systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
• A proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and improve processes
• Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
