What Will My Impact Be?
We’re looking for a Finance & Strategy Manager to help build and lead the financial planning function behind PheedLoop’s next stage of growth.
As one of the first dedicated finance hires at the company, you will work closely with leadership to build financial models, improve reporting, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions across the business.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You will help leadership understand how the business is performing, identify opportunities for improvement, and support planning for new initiatives and investments.
You’ll be responsible for helping establish the financial systems, reporting structures, and planning frameworks that will support PheedLoop as the company continues to scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical rigor with strategic thinking, and who is excited about building financial systems inside a fast-growing technology company.
Your Day-to-Day
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial efficiency and profitability
- Partner with leadership to evaluate new initiatives, investments, and strategic opportunities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze company performance metrics and identify financial trends.
- Maintain financial systems and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with accounting software or financial systems.
What Would Make You an All-Star
- CPA designation or progress toward CPA.
- Experience working in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Experience building financial models and forecasting frameworks.
- Experience implementing financial systems or improving financial processes.
- Experience supporting leadership teams with strategic financial analysis.
