We’re looking for a Product Coordinator who loves bringing structure to fast-moving product work — someone organized, thoughtful, and excited about supporting feature development from start to finish. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product to turn ideas into clear plans, clean documentation, and smooth handoffs for engineering.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys product work and wants to build experience toward product management or UX.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Product Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma.
- Feature Support: Help translate product ideas into clear requirements, user stories, and tickets for engineering.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with engineering, CS, and sales to keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
- Feedback Organization: Collect and categorize product feedback to highlight trends and recurring issues.
- Documentation: Maintain product docs, release notes, and internal resources as features evolve.
- Process Support: Assist with planning cycles, roadmap prep, and general product workflows.
- Quality Review: Support basic UI/UX checks to ensure features behave and appear as expected.
- Continuous Learning: Stay curious about design, product development, and ways to improve how we work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a product, project, or coordination role within a SaaS or software environment
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear documentation
- Comfortable working with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with product tools and an interest in UX; Figma experience is a plus
- Curious, adaptable, and excited to grow into broader product responsibilities
Workplace Benefits
- Employee health care plan — 100% coverage.
- Awesome workplace — snacks, team outings, books, learning opportunities, open workspace, beautiful and large office.
- Direct access to the subway line.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone ambitious, creative, and detail-oriented — someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves design, and enjoys turning ideas into reality. You’ll play a key role in connecting teams, driving clarity, and ensuring that our products not only work beautifully but look and feel exceptional. Working on small teams, you’ll have a huge impact and the opportunity to grow quickly across all three companies.
