About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to be the backbone of our sales organization. This role combines the best of both worlds: qualifying inbound leads, and driving outbound business development campaigns.
If you’ve spent time as an SDR/BDR and discovered that you enjoy building scalable sales processes as much as (or more than) closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity. You’ll gain invaluable experience in sales automation, customer engagement, and pipeline management, while helping PheedLoop achieve ambitious growth goals.
This is a career-launching opportunity into Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations, with the added impact of outbound prospecting. You’ll work closely with leadership to improve CRM processes, organize sales content, develop reporting, and support the team with everything they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound lead qualification — monitor, qualify, and route inbound leads to AEs, ensuring a fast and accurate handoff.
- Sales cycle support — prepare discovery notes, organize follow-ups, and help AEs and BDRs stay on top of priorities.
- Outbound prospecting — research, design, and execute targeted outbound campaigns to engage new prospects.
- CRM & pipeline management — maintain data hygiene, update records, and build systems to give leadership and reps a clear view of pipeline health.
- Reporting & insights — build dashboards and performance reports that guide weekly meetings and leadership reviews.
- Process improvement — identify bottlenecks, suggest tools, and roll out best practices to continuously uplevel our sales organization.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 1 year of SDR/BDR experience, with a strong grasp of sales workflows.
- CRM knowledge — familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales automation tools.
- Operational mindset — detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to create clarity and structure for others.
- Communication skills — clear written and verbal communicator, with examples of professional correspondence or content.
- Growth mentality — eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build a career in sales enablement/rev ops.
Bonus Skills (All-Star Qualities):
- Experience working in fast-paced tech companies, SaaS, or startups.
- Knowledge of the events industry.
- Content creation experience.
Who You Are
- A highly collaborative team player who thrives on helping others succeed.
- Naturally curious, organized, and tech-savvy.
- Comfortable working with both structure and ambiguity—you can build systems and adapt them as needed.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, but isn’t afraid to ask questions or request support when needed.
