What Will My Impact Be?
As an Operations Associate, you'll be at the center of our workplace operations, employee experience initiatives, and administrative functions. You'll work closely with leadership and every department across the company to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will:
• Be the welcoming face of PheedLoop and create a positive first impression for visitors, candidates, customers, and team members.
• Own day-to-day office operations and help create an exceptional employee experience.
• Coordinate workplace initiatives, team events, and internal programs that strengthen company culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across the organization.
• Help ensure our workplace remains organized, productive, and enjoyable for everyone.
Your work will directly impact employee satisfaction, operational efficiency, and the overall success of the company.
Your Day-to-Day
• Manage front desk operations, incoming communications, and visitor experiences.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, office resources, supplies, and workplace vendors.
• Support employee onboarding and workplace administration activities.
• Organize team events, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide activities.
• Maintain office systems, documentation, records, and administrative processes.
• Assist with travel coordination, scheduling, purchasing, and general office management.
• Identify operational challenges and proactively recommend improvements.

What You'll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent post-secondary education.
• 1+ years of administrative, operations, customer service, hospitality, or office coordination experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
