Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule appointments for clients
  • Effectively handle large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper resources
  • Meet call handling quotas
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage clients

Requirements:

  • Previous call-centre experience required
  • Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking is preferred
  • Previous BDC Coordinator experience within the auto industry preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Post-Secondary certificate/degree
  • Reynolds & Reynolds, X-time, ISPA-Next and One Eighty experience an asset
