BMW Grand River in Kitchener is looking for motivated, self-starters who are looking for an oppportunity to join our Sales Team. In this key role you will be responsible for the sale and lease of new vehicles to exisiting or new customers, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Represent the BMW Brand with the highest level of professionalism, knowledge and pride
  • Work closely with our Sales and Financial Services Managers to offer and finalize attractive deals on new vehicles that benefit both the company and the customer
  • Develop and nurture relationships with our clients
  • Handle internet, phone and live chat inquiries using a variety of tools such as social media, responding to clients, answering questions and setting up appointments
  • Obtain new clients through cold calling, social media and referrals
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations, utilizing your well-developed knowledge of the product, available services, acessories, prices and key features
  • Build and foster a network of loyal customers and referrals by effective follow up and management of leads
  • Meet sales quota and gross profit targets on a consistent basis
  • Must meet or exceed CSI objectives


  • 3 years automotive sales experience preferred
  • BMW product knowledge is an asset
  • Enthusiastic learner who maintains up to date knowledge about all products, services, finance options, accessories, competitive trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • One-Eighty is an asset
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and every Saturday
  • OMVIC certification in addition to a valid driver's licence
