Is there anything better than helping to shape the life of a child?

At OSNS we are innovative, inventive, lifelong learners and always looking for ways to inspire the curiosity of children. Our programs are inclusive, strengths-based, and fun. The BC Early Learning Framework guides our Early Childhood Education practice, and we want every child to feel safe, seen, and heard. We work to build trust, social connections and belonging within the program groups.

Our Early Childhood Educators are passionate, listen deeply, are curious, and embrace the everyday exploration and wonder of the children we work with. The role is busy, fast-paced, and so rewarding.

We seek a collaborative ECE who is willing to grow, learn, share reflections, and knowledge within our OSNS Early Childhood Education team.
