At OSNS we are innovative, inventive, inclusive and always looking for ways to inspire the curiosity of children. We work, support and learn from each other within a multidisciplinary team. We have play-based programs where children and educators have fun. We are lifelong learners who strive to stay current and reflective in our practice. We are family-centered, child-focused, and want to help every child have what they need to grow and learn.

We are passionate about early childhood education and provide interesting, safe play environments that allow children to be curious, share ideas, and explore. The casual staff covers regular staff when they are absent. They assist with the supervision of children during play indoors & out, during daily routines such as eating, resting, personal care & hygiene, as well as help with the setup and cleaning of program environments. As a casual staff, you can set parameters of when you are available for callouts and can accept or decline shifts offered as they fit into your schedule.
