What We Do

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Specialist to support Optable's communications and content initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will play a key role in bringing our story to life across multiple formats and channels — from customer case studies, product announcements, and research to social media and sales enablement materials.

This is a hands-on content creation role for someone who loves translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create content that builds trust with prospects, supports our go-to-market strategy, and helps raise awareness of Optable's platform and vision.

What You'll Do

Content Creation & Execution

  • Write and produce diverse content types including case studies, blog posts, press releases, product announcements, website copy, sales enablement materials, and customer communications
  • Translate complex identity management and agentic advertising concepts into accessible, engaging content for multiple audiences
  • Expand Optable's blog by developing complex & technical use case content
  • Enhance and increase sell sheets and pitch decks for product suite expansion
  • Develop customer success stories that showcase measurable business impact and build credibility
  • Create messaging documents and positioning materials that support product launches and partnerships
  • Coordinate & support the editorial calendar with thought leadership content, product updates, and industry commentary

Email & Demand Generation-Focused Content

  • Organize existing content for email nurture and lead generation campaigns
  • Develop and expand newsletter, positioning as trusted source for AI in media buying
  • Support development of industry research and strategy guides
  • Develop scripts and discussion guides for live event sessions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Leadership teams to gather insights and ensure content aligns with business priorities
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing and broader Marketing team to maintain brand consistency and voice
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop bylined articles and thought leadership pieces
  • Support award submissions, event content, and speaking engagements with compelling narratives

Brand & Storytelling

  • Develop social copy for corporate account and elevate leaders with thought leadership on current events
  • Distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with prospects and customers
  • Drive simplification and customization in how we communicate our platform and value proposition
  • Contribute to social media storytelling that enhances brand visibility and engagement
  • Help shape and maintain Optable's brand voice across all content touchpoints

Content Operations & Optimization

  • Coordinate editorial calendar across Marketing team and manage multiple content projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current on industry trends in identity management, data collaboration, and the broader ad tech ecosystem
  • Track content performance and contribute insights to optimize future content initiatives base on engagement data, AEO/GEO/SEO performance, and conversion metrics
  • Maintain content quality standards and ensure consistency across all materials

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of content creation, content marketing, or communications experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex technical topics
  • Experience creating multiple content formats including case studies, press releases, blog posts, and sales materials
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, ad tech, martech, or data-driven advertising is an asset
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and gather insights from technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in ad tech, martech, identity management, data management  or data collaboration sectors
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on digital advertising
  • Background in journalism, technical writing, or B2B marketing
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
  • Experience supporting thought leadership and executive communications
