We currently have an opening for a proactive and detail-oriented Energy Operations Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary:
This is an entry-level role suited for individuals early in their careers who are looking to build experience in operations and contract administration. The Energy Operations Analyst will support day-to-day operational processes, assist with contract handling, and contribute to maintaining efficient workflows across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Processing:
    Support the accurate and timely entry and processing of customer contracts following established procedures.
  • Operational Support:
    Assist in maintaining existing workflows and identifying minor inefficiencies for team review.
  • Basic Data Analysis:
    Compile and review data in Excel to support reporting and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Process Documentation:
    Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of standard operating procedures.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Identify routine issues in workflows and escalate or assist in resolving them as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent processes.
  • Administrative Support:
    Provide general operational and administrative support to the team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) an asset
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships or co-op experience considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with Excel (basic to intermediate level).
  • Ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
