About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, results-driven Sales Coordinator to power our sales engine. In this role, you’ll support the sales team, manage high-impact campaigns, and turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Performance

  • Support the sales team and executive leadership with day-to-day coordination and operations
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and confidential materials with professionalism and accuracy

Lead Campaign Execution

  • Launch and manage revenue-generating sales campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize using data-driven insights
  • Maintain lead generation trackers and referral programs to fuel new business

Enable Teams & Customers

  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Operations, and customers
  • Support onboarding of new hires with training materials and resources
  • Troubleshoot field issues in partnership with senior leadership

Improve Processes

  • Manage scheduling, documentation, and executive admin support
  • Oversee KPI reporting, supply coordination, and logistics tasks

What You Bring

  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, automation, data analysis)
  • 2+ years in sales coordination, operations, or similar role
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Campaign management and revenue growth experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
