You're not just managing a front desk — you're shaping first impressions and keeping our workplace running smoothly. What You’ll Do

  • Create a friendly and professional atmosphere as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and team members while maintaining a clean, organized reception area and kitchen (restock supplies, run dishwasher daily)
  • Answer and direct incoming calls with clarity and professionalism. Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail/courier services (Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, etc.) and help maintain accurate visitor logs and building access records
  • Manage office supplies: ordering, tracking inventory, and keeping essentials stocked
  • Support company initiatives and boost team morale by maintaining an efficient and engaging workplace
  • Collaborate with the Executive Administrative Department on projects and special tasks
  • Continuously improve internal office processes, standards, and policies
  • Step in to support wherever needed — you're a team player at heart

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or similar roles
  • A post-secondary diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — you love working with people
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented — with a proven track record of accountability
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional in every interaction
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and composed
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Eagerness to learn and grow — and adapt quickly to new systems and workflows
  • Bonus: First Aid Certification is an asset
