What You’ll Do:

🔹 Provide Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across Windows, Azure, Office 365, Teams, Zoom, and network infrastructure.
🔹 Manage Network & Systems – Maintain routers, firewalls, switches, access points, and optimize enterprise applications.
🔹 Oversee Service Desk – Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and prioritize issues efficiently.
🔹 Strengthen Cybersecurity – Implement security measures, conduct risk assessments, and lead awareness initiatives.
🔹 Enhance Business Continuity – Develop and execute disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and system availability.
🔹 Drive IT Projects – Support deployments, vendor management, and system upgrades to improve efficiency.

What You Bring:

5+ years of IT experience, with expertise in Microsoft Azure & network management.
✔ Proficiency in Windows Server (2012 R2–2019), VMware, Office 365, VOIP systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
✔ Strong problem-solving & analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication skills – able to work independently and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
