Job Summary
Ontario Wholesale Energy is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Coordinate all sales executive requests and ensure successful completion
• Coordinate, plan, schedule and manage all resources and logistics for assigned job’s / project as required
• Manage communication between team members and Operations
• Troubleshoot / resolve any issues that arise from the field with senior managers
• Support Executive sales management team
• Preparing presentation materials
• Assist with content management upkeep including shared drives and
content libraries
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and
other documents
• Handle confidential materials appropriately and maintain a high level
of integrity and confidentiality
• Provide 100 % sales support for AWE, AWS , CWS, OWE
• Audit appointment's – Support management with territory management audits
• Utilize CIF + Exported Spreadsheet to create campaigns to reclaim
RCE’s by field and floor agents
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Assist in office duties, maintain the records, attend phone calls
• Disseminative information, announcements, new policies etc from higher management to the teams
• Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads
• Supervise the office and obtain the necessary approvals for the smooth functioning of the sales teams.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports
• Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company
