As an Associate Creative Director, you bring a creative voice with strategic thinking to projects. You have a diverse array of experiences to bring to the table - from conceptual development to client relations to the execution of creative deliverables.

What will you be doing?

  • Oversee the company’s own brand and creative identity, including all externally facing materials.
  • Build and guide the creative around the various company project needs and its vision.
  • Guide copywriter & art director teams to answer briefs and produce thoughtful creative executions.
  • Effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards across all creative department artifacts and deliverables.
  • During the outset, you’re prepared to roll up your sleeves to get in the weeds, work collaboratively and create the output of your own visions.

What do you need to succeed?


The successful candidate must be curious and eager to learn as each task or project is likely new and challenging. As a result, the candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, possess strong problem-solving skills, and exercise good judgment in decision-making. Other critical skills include being highly organized, ability to multi-task, being interpersonal, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years design, marketing, and communications interactive work experience.
  • 4+ years art direction experience.
  • Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people.
  • Solid knowledge and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and commercial reality.
  • Experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing, and online brand management and integration, with demonstrated results.

Experience in startups and/or entrepreneurship is an asset, however, not required. The candidate should be reliable, self-motivated, and most important, possess a relentless appetite to learn.
