We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with cross responsibilities as general office Administrative Assistant. Duties of the Customer Service Representative include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. S/he will be the first point of contact for our medical patients.

This is a 12 month contract position.


Customer Service Duties

  • Correspond with patients for registration, order placement and follow up
  • Build relationships with patients to develop a loyal customer base
  • Work with fulfillment team
  • Track medical inventory
  • Educate patients on products
  • Process complaints
  • Correspond with clinics
  • Set up shipments and pick ups
  • Work and assist our partners on fulfilment with POs and inventory tracking for the provincial boards

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office and production supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Liaise with and handle requests and queries from senior managers

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in customer service, cannabis industry experience a plus
  • Patience and positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and other equipment as required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Bilingualism (French) is a plus
  • High School diploma
