What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and takes pride in producing accurate, reliable work. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
Because this role supports a small, close-knit pharmacy team, success depends as much on attitude as technical ability. We're seeking someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently while recognizing the value of collaboration. You communicate openly, adapt to changing priorities, maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality, and take ownership of your work. Experience supporting a small business or owner-operated organization is considered an asset.
