Front Store Associate

Locations: Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland

McGrath Pharmacies is looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals to join our Front Store team. This position will support both of our store locations in Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland, so flexibility to work at either location is required.

As a Front Store Associate, you are often the first and last person our customers and patients interact with during their visit. This role is an important part of creating a welcoming, helpful, clean, and organized store environment while supporting the daily operations of the front store.

What You’ll Do

• Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service.
• Assist customers with product questions and purchases.
• Operate the POS/cash system accurately.
• Restock shelves and maintain store presentation.
• Support online orders and customer requests.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
• Work collaboratively with front store, pharmacy, and home health teams.
• Support daily operations at both the Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.

Position Details

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
• Work will take place at both Florenceville-Bristol and Hartland locations.
• Evening and weekend availability as scheduled.
