Front Store Associate

We are looking for an energetic, reliable individual to add to our Team as a Front Store Associate who lives by our company values of Respect, Teamwork, Positive Attitude, and Ability to Change.

Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends if necessary. Position may be required to work between our two locations - Hartland, NB and/or Florenceville-Bristol, NB.

This is a fast paced professional environment with daily interactions with the public where we believe Kindness Counts.

The Front Store Associate provides exceptional customer service to our customers and patients within the stores to ensure they receive the best experience possible.  The Front Store Associate is expected to participate in all aspects of Retail Operations required of a team player. They are a key member in the delivery of superior customer service.

In the day-in-the-life of a Front Store Associate, you will provide front line service to patients & customers by greeting customers, offering assistant when needed, transacting POS system and processing customers purchases, ordering,  receiving and restocking shelves, merchandising product and giftware, fulfilling online orders, maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment, along with a number of other tasks.   Confidentiality is a must when working with customer and patient information.

All relevant work and education experience will be considered. Previous Retail  experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Comfort working with the public is a must.

Dedicated to continued learning and ongoing training/personal development.

There are some physical requirements of the position such as standing for long periods of time, bending, crouching, lifting, step stool/step ladders, etc.
