Client Care Admin

We are excited to expand our Client Care team and are looking for a full-time Client Care Admin at our King location!

The Client Care Admin plays a key role in creating the elevated experience for our clients by building relationships to individualize our services. This role is heavy on admin duties: think all things communication - in-person, over the phone and via email. You must be an exceptional presence, and bring welcoming vibes to everyone we connect with.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to bring energy and their existing administrative skill set to a team environment and has a few years of experience in client relations and creating lasting connections with a clientele base.

• Lives and Breathes the Art of Hosting: Admin duties are the central hub of the business and you will be required to be at the helm and self-manage hosting all clients and delivering exceptional client care in every interaction.

• Detail-Oriented: Maintains high standards when managing client interactions and bookings. Providing an experience that meets client needs and North’s standards.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Clearly articulates information, listens actively, and effectively addresses client concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Team Collaboration: Works effectively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere that strengthens the brand and client experience.

Position Details:

Job Type: Part-Time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00 per hour or above dependant on applicable experience

Benefits: Enrolment in the Employee Benefits and Employee Appreciation Program

Schedule: 4-5 Days per week, includes evenings and weekends

Experience: Customer service: 2 years (required) (note that this does not require previous medical office/reception experience)
