QA Manager (EN)

Norsfell is looking for a QA Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report, sort, assign, prioritize and review bugs on all platforms
• Organize the work of the QA team based on production priorities
• Management of internal and external QA teams
• Create test plan scenarios and validate their execution
• Produce reports and compile feedback from internal/external tests
• Provide continuous mentorship and growth plans for the QA team
• Collaborate with internal departments
• Proficiency in setting up various testing platforms and their tools

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience on multiplayer games
• Experience with managing QA teams
• Experience in compliance testing/cert
• Smart use of Atlassian suit (Jira, Confluence)
• Rigorous communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Well-versed in the production pipeline
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• At ease in English and/or French
• Eligible to work in Canada

ASSETS:

• Knowledge of test principles and methodologies

• Training in video game testing or related fields
• Able to communicate in French
