About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with a diverse skill set to create and manage content across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with our team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. From crafting social media posts to building sales decks and running webinars, you’ll have the opportunity to flex your creative and strategic muscles in a hands-on, high-impact role.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, website content, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Design & Branding: Assist in creating sales decks, marketing collateral, and swag to support brand identity and outreach efforts.
- Webinars & Events: Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and other marketing activations to educate and engage potential customers.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, post, and monitor social content across platforms, engaging with the community and tracking performance.
- Website & SEO Support: Help optimize website content for search visibility and user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Experiment & Learn: Be ready to dive into new challenges, test creative ideas, and adapt marketing strategies to drive results.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and content scheduling tools.
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and an eye for branding.
- Comfortable with video content creation and basic editing.
- Experience with sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver who loves learning and tackling new marketing challenges.

- Meet with key team members and stakeholders

- Shadow sales demos and partner calls

- Weekly check-ins with your manager
First 60 Days:
- Take ownership of brand elements and leverage them to build out key deliverables
- Work collaboratively with senior leadership to build out a marketing roadmap
- Establish execution framework and KPIs on all marketing initiatives
