Next Dimension is a growth-focused, Canadian-founded Managed Services Provider serving Southwestern Ontario and beyond. As we scale, our digital presence has to do real work — not just look good. We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own that footprint end-to-end.

This is a hands-on role for a marketer who lives in the modern search landscape — traditional SEO, the rise of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-driven content workflows, and the shifting dynamics of how B2B buyers actually find providers. You will be responsible for how Next Dimension shows up across Google, AI search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Copilot), our website, and social — and for converting that visibility into qualified sales leads.

You'll work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing, and leadership team, and have meaningful input into how we tell our story to the market.

Compensation & Benefits

•     Base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 CAD per year depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

Search & Discoverability (SEO, AEO, GEO)

•     Own Next Dimension's organic search visibility for Managed Services, Private Cloud, Security Services, Colocation and Connectivity across Southwestern Ontario and target verticals.

•     Execute modern technical, on-page, and local SEO — site architecture, schema, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, Google Business Profile, and the local pack.

•     Lead Next Dimension's Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy — the work of getting our brand surfaced and cited inside AI-driven answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Microsoft Copilot, and the next wave of LLM-based search.

•     Translate keyword strategy from short-tail queries into the natural-language, intent-driven questions buyers ask AI tools, and produce the structured, authoritative content that answers them.

•     Monitor the LLM and search landscape continuously and adjust strategy in real time as platforms, algorithms, and citation behavior evolve. 

Lead Generation

•     Build, run, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified sales leads for the Sales Executive — across organic search, email, content, and social.

•     Partner with the Sales Executive to align messaging, target accounts, and follow-up cadences.

Content & AI-Driven Workflows

•     Plan and produce content that ranks in traditional search and earns citations in AI answers — service pages, pillar pages, case studies, comparison guides, FAQs, and thought-leadership posts.

•     Use AI tools (LLMs, content optimization platforms, automation) to scale production without sacrificing accuracy, voice, or technical correctness.

•     Maintain editorial quality, brand voice, and the technical accuracy our clients expect from a security-first MSP.

Website Ownership

•     Own the day-to-day health, performance, and roadmap of nextdimensioninc.com — content updates, page builds, analytics, and accessibility.

•     Work hands-on inside the CMS (WordPress or equivalent) to ship changes without requiring developer support for routine work.

•     Coordinate with developers, designers, and external agencies as needed for larger initiatives.

Measurement & Reporting

•     Define the digital marketing scorecard: organic visibility, AI search visibility/citations, traffic quality, leads delivered to sales, and contribution to sales activity.

•     Build clear monthly reporting that connects marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

•     Track competitor visibility and brand share-of-voice across both traditional and AI search.

Brand & Cross-Functional

•     Protect and evolve Next Dimension's brand — visual identity, voice, and how we show up at events, in proposals, and in client-facing materials.

•     Own Next Dimension's organic social presence — primarily LinkedIn — with content that supports brand, recruitment, and demand generation.

•     Support recruitment marketing in partnership with HR — careers page, employer brand, and job-post amplification.

Success Metrics

•     Qualified leads delivered to sales

•     Organic search visibility for target keywords (rankings, traffic, share of voice)

•     AI search visibility — citations and inclusions in AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT responses for category-defining queries

•     Quality and reach of published content (service pages, pillar content, thought leadership)

•     Brand share-of-voice across traditional and AI search

Key Competencies

Modern search fluency (SEO + AEO + GEO)  •  data-driven decision making  •  hands-on execution  •  strong writing and editorial judgment  •  curiosity about the AI search landscape  •  accountability for lead-generation outcomes.

Experience & Qualifications

•     3–5+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing — ideally in a B2B technology, MSP, or professional-services environment.

•     Demonstrable track record of generating qualified leads through digital channels.

•     Strong working knowledge of modern SEO and of how AEO / GEO / LLM optimization differs from traditional search — and a clear point of view on how to operate against both.

•     Hands-on with the modern stack: GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, WordPress (or equivalent CMS), and at least one marketing-automation / CRM platform (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, or similar).

•     Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, content optimization, analytics) responsibly in day-to-day work.

•     Strong writing skills and the ability to translate technical IT and security topics into clear, compelling content for business buyers.

•     Self-directed; able to set priorities and ship without needing a layer of management above the work.

Preferred

•     Experience marketing managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, or related IT services.

•     Familiarity with ConnectWise or comparable MSP / PSA platforms.

•     Basic comfort with HTML/CSS and structured data (schema.org).
