Senior Project Manager (ITMSP)

Role Overview 

Next Dimension is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver client and internal technology projects within a fast-paced MSP environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects across multiple stakeholders while ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met. This posting is for a current vacancy. 

Key Responsibilities 

- Own end-to-end delivery of MSP projects including onboarding, infrastructure upgrades, and migrations; 

- Build and maintain project plans using Moovila; 

- Manage scope, risks, issues, and change control; 

- Coordinate engineers, vendors, and clients; 

- Act as the primary client contact for projects; 

- Maintain documentation and reporting in ConnectWise. 

Technical Collaboration (Nice to Have) 

- Systems administration and networking knowledge; 

- Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, firewalls, VPNs. 

Required Qualifications 

- 5+ years MSP experience; 

- 3+ years project management experience; 

- Strong client-facing communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

- PMP, PRINCE2 or CAPM; 

- Moovila or ConnectWise PM experience. 

Compensation & Benefits

·        Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000;
