Coordinate and follow up on interviews, negotiate placement terms, and ensure satisfaction for both clients and employers through consistent follow-ups at the three, six, nine, and twelve-month marks to support employment retention.

Sales-Focused Outreach: Implement sales techniques to identify opportunities within the hidden job market, positioning our services to prospective employers by underscoring the benefits of recruiting from a diverse talent pool.

Target-Based Performance: Strive to meet or exceed job development and placement objectives while maintaining an organized record of employer outreach, client placements, and other essential metrics that pertain to performance standards.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Employment Counselors and fellow team members to comprehensively understand the needs and strengths of our clients. Actively participate in team discussions to refine strategies for engaging employers effectively.

Event Planning: Collaborate with employer partners to identify, secure, and execute hiring events, job fairs, and employment-related initiatives that support the vulnerable communities we serve including occasional evening and weekend outreach or event support.
