The Role

Support our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist.

In this role, you will refine and evolve and our reporting and dashboarding layer—supporting Ad Operations, Account Management, Media Strategy, and leadership teams. You’ll transform complex campaign and operational data into clear, actionable insights through scalable dashboards and automated reporting workflows.

This role starts with standard reporting and dashboard ownership but has significant room to grow if you enjoy problem-solving, automation, and improving how teams use data to make decisions.

The Profile

You are equally comfortable working with raw data as you are presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders. You enjoy bringing structure to complex datasets, spotting inconsistencies, and turning numbers into stories that drive action.

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and curious to stakeholder issues and needs. You take pride in building reliable, well-documented dashboards and enjoy collaborating with operations, engineering, and account teams to understand what data actually matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Own the development and maintenance of internal and client-facing dashboards

● Build, optimize, and document dashboards using Looker Studio

● Knowledge of SQL queries (Redshift or equivalent) to extract, clean, and transform data is an asset

● Normalize metrics across campaigns and platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy

● Automate recurring reporting workflows and data refreshes

● Create internal monitoring dashboards to track campaign health, delivery, and performance

● Partner with Ad Operations and Account Management to surface actionable insights

● Support ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and investigative reporting using Excel and BI tools

● Contribute to improving reporting standards, data definitions, and analytics workflows

● Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability in reporting processes

Does This Sound Like You?

● SQL skills with experience querying data warehouses (Redshift or similar; nice to have)

● Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations (Looker preferred)

● Comfortable cleaning, normalizing, and validating data across multiple sources

● Strong Excel skills for ad-hoc analysis and reconciliation

● Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences

● Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote setting

Nice to Have:

● Automation experience (Python, dbt, APIs, ETL pipelines)

● Experience with additional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

● Familiarity with digital advertising metrics, programmatic, or Ad Operations workflows
