The Role:

Join our passionate and entrepreneurial team as a Sales Executive in our Toronto office. Reporting to our VP of Sales, you will contribute to growing Native Touch’s Advertiser revenue in a fast-paced and exciting environment that will equip you to find, nurture and close leads. In this role you will use a combination of inside and outside sales tactics, paired with your understanding of our mobile first advertising approach and effectively communicate Native Touch’s value proposition to agencies and direct clients.


The Profile:

You are a hunter and gatherer who knows the digital advertising space. You look at sales goals as a challenge and always shoot to exceed expectations. In a presentation situation you deliver with passion, know how to tailor your style to the audience and can deal with objections without a sweat. When you close a deal, you understand the importance of managing the process with the team internally, and making sure you are always thinking about the big picture. You love it when your team members succeed and are always willing to help with landing meetings and closing deals.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Carry out a high volume of prospecting activities, including cold email outreach and top-of-funnel sales, to identify and engage potential clients.

Carry out sales presentations and meetings on a frequent basis

Constantly monitor the market for new technologies and opportunities and effectively convey customer needs back to other areas of the organization

Use consultative sales skills to assess advertiser goals and educate the market offerings offered by Native Touch

Exceed individual goals and work towards exceeding expected quotas

Professionally detail all sales activity through our sales funnel


Does This Sound Like You?

3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally with exposure to full-cycle sales (prospecting to closing)

Demonstrated success in hitting or exceeding sales targets or KPIs

Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on consultative, long-term partnerships—not transactional selling

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal direction

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities

A natural networker who enjoys connecting with people and uncovering opportunities

Curious, coachable, and eager to learn new industries or products

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach

Fluent in English
