Votre mission

Comme Responsable de comptes Québec, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la croissance des revenus de Narcity. Vous renforcerez les relations existantes et créerez de nouveaux partenariats en utilisant votre expertise pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de revenus. Ce poste est un remplacement de congé de maternité de 12 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement selon les résultats.


Vos responsabilités

  • Développement commercial : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités avec des annonceurs de taille moyenne et grande (client direct et agences). Maintenir des relations à long terme et gérer votre pipeline de ventes pour atteindre vos objectifs trimestriels.
  • Stratégie de ventes : Promouvoir Narcity auprès de clients potentiels, créer des stratégies de campagne sur mesure, et gérer proactivement les comptes clients.
  • Suivi des performances : Établir une stratégie pour le succès durable de votre territoire en utilisant des outils CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes pour assurer une exécution fluide des campagnes et superviser la livraison des projets.


Vos qualifications

  • 3 ans d'expérience en ventes médias numériques et gestion de comptes.
  • Français requis. Emplacement : Montréal ou Québec préférable pour rencontres clients.
  • Compétences en communication, négociation et maîtrise des outils CRM.

Type de poste et échelle salariale

Poste à temps plein, à durée déterminée, télétravail possible partout au Québec. Salaire compétitif avec base entre 60 000 $ - 70 000 $ par an + commission et bonus de performances pour KPIs atteint.

Des déplacements sont requis pour les rencontres clients.

Remplacement de congé de maternité de 12 mois.

Your Mission

As a Client Partner, you will be instrumental in driving Narcity’s revenue growth within your assigned territory. You will cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients and forge new partnerships, using your industry knowledge and sales expertise to meet and exceed revenue targets.This role is a Maternity leave replacement with an option for renewal based on results


Your Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
    • Prospect leads and qualify new business opportunities to develop relationships with mid-large advertiser organizations, including agencies
    • Manage and sustain long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients by identifying net new revenue opportunities, and growing revenue from existing advertisers.
    • Ultimately manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed your quarterly sales goals
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
    • Take Narcity to market, educating prospective clients on how Narcity can provide advertising solutions to meet their marketing objectives
    • Create tailored campaign strategies that align with client objectives. Identify and pursue upselling opportunities to enhance revenue.
    • Manage client accounts proactively, respond to challenging requests, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Develop a strategy for long-term sustained success within your territory
    • Utilize sales CRM tools to progress the book of business, forecasting goals accurately.
  • Collaborative Teamwork:
    • Lead account strategy within your team pod to generate business growth, working collaboratively with Account Managers to service and grow your client base and all associated revenue
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless processes - from strategic pitch development to campaign execution
    • Oversee campaign delivery to ensure client satisfaction and retention by delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.


Your Qualifications

  • Experience in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and developing associated agreements.
  • Experience in educating new advertisers on the benefits of transitioning from traditional media to digital marketing strategies.
  • French is a must-have. Location preferred: Montreal or Quebec facilitating client visits.
  • Proven experience in media sales, particularly within digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of client management and digital marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital analytics tools is preferred.

Position Type & Salary Range

This is a full-time, fixed-term remote position available to candidates across Quebec Only. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, with a base salary complemented by a large potential for commission.


Please note that travel is required for in-person meetings with clients and the team. This role is a Maternity leave replacement.


Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually + Commission uncapped + Team Performance incentive
